we have a couple of other products which contain jalapeño peppers (i love them) and every time i demo the products a significant number of people tell me they want something hotter...still delicious...but HOT. this is it....we use the entire jalapeno...seeds and all...to give you the heat you crave. but sometimes i find products labeled as hot are just that...hot...without great taste. our hot pepper jam gives you both...perfect heat and delicious flavor. try on biscuits, poured over cream cheese served with crackers...as a glaze for chicken, pork or fish, stirred into beans or stews...i like a few dollops on my nachos. trust me, you will find many uses for this jam. of course packed in mason jars and covered with our signature magazine toppers
