lime marmalade
i handcraft this marmalade in very small batches...and use only napa farmhouse 1885 grown limes, organic sugar and a tiny pinch of sea salt...delicious on english muffins or biscuits for breakfast..lovely on roast chicken sandwiches, perfect as a glaze on seafood and...this is really cool...the perfect ingredient for lime pie...i will send the recipe with each order if you wish. if you like marmalade...heck, even if you don't...you will love this item.
