one of my favorite things to do is imagine the way something should taste...and then experiment with recipes until i produce the item...our orange and ginger marmalade is a perfect example....i love marmalade...and wanted to do something with the mandarin oranges we grow at our farmhouse...but every recipe i found for orange marmalade was just too sweet for me... i always loved pairing orange with ginger in recipes and thought..."why not marmalade?" why not, indeed? our orange and ginger marmalade is really, really good...straight out of the jar on your favorite baked goods...but also perfect poured on cake, or used as a glaze on chicken or pork...stirred into your favorite asian food recipe...i even made an appetizer of crostini spread with whipped marscapone cheese, topped with the marmalade and chopped mint...was a hit at a party! handcrafted with farmhouse oranges, meyer lemons, organic sugar and fresh organic ginger...packaged in our iconic, reusable 1/2 pint mason jars...of course with the magazine page toppers...stay green, eat organic when you can...and "live a green life of style"...
