organic onion dip mix
i love dip...i really do, but have you ever read the ingredients on the label of commercial onion dip mix?! tons of sugars...and fillers...and artificial ingredients...and preservatives. nothing that i want to put in my body. so i created my own blend...with just 3 ingredients: organic dried onion, organic parsley and a touch of sea salt...that's it. add to mayo, or yogurt, sour cream or even "vegenaise" for the best tasting dip you will eat (at least that is what all my friends tell me). i believe the secret to delicious food is finding the best quality, organic or sustainably farmed food...and then not messing it up with overly complicated preparations...throw a party and serve some dip...or visit our blog for other recipe ideas... net wt. 4 oz
